Are you new to the Polygon Network, and not sure how to best bring your funds over? Worry not, this is the guide for you!
In this guide we will be using AnySwap to bring tokens from the Ethereum Network over to Polygon, but this will also work from most other networks.
First, head to AnySwap and make sure your web-wallet is connected. Then open the Currency Menu.
Next, select the currency you want to swap.
Then, make sure you have selected the correct network of the currency you are swapping. Then click the Network Menu of the currency you will swap to.
Inside of that menu, make sure you select the Polygon mainnet.
Click in the field to enter the amount of currency you would like to swap.
Make sure you have entered the correct amount, then click “Agree” to the little field on the page, and after that click “Approve”.
A dialogue will pop up, click “Approve” again there.
Your wallet will be opening up a little window. Review the information in there and then click “Confirm”.
After a few seconds / minutes, your tokens will be approved. You will then see the “Swap” button. Click it to begin the transfer.
Another confirmation window will pop up. Click “Confirm” there and then your wallet will pop up a window as well. Review the information there and confirm to initiate the transfer.
You will see a confirmation that your transaction has started. It can take serveral minutes to complete.
After your transaction has completed, head over to QuickSwap. Choose your token and then for the second token choose “USDC”. Enter the amount to swap and click “Approve”. I’m sure you already know how it works by now.
Review the info in the window that your wallet pops up, and click “Confirm”.
The approval will load for a little bit.
After the token use has been approved, click “Swap” again and then confirm again in the dialogue that your wallet shows you.
Your transaction is now initiated and should complete in a few seconds.
Once your transaction is done, you will see a little confirmation. You now successfully swapped over to USDC on the Polygon Network — Congratulations!!
