I have worked on various crypto projects. I have been involved in the development space for over 8 years, and in the crypto space for over 5 years. I have worked with James about 4 years ago on a previous project in space building an L1 blockchain from the ground up. I have also worked with Kane on previous AI projects

With a name like Kitsumon, people may think you are a Pokémon clone, What sets you apart from them?

We do share some general design principles and artistic styles that people love about Pokémon. And some Pokémon games do have activities like fishing and cooking, but after that, the games pretty much diverge.
Unlike Pokémon Kitsu components can be mixed around via the DNA breeding system creating continuous steam of new Kitsu whereas Pokémon has a set of static creatures.
Kitsumon will feature a more traditional MOBA system with 5 vs 5 battles, defence towers, minions, and bosses. This would be more similar to Pokémon Unite, however, we consider the map and game systems to be closer to DOTA and other tower MOBA’s.
Side activities will be in their own right mini-games, featuring quiet intricate systems that can affect outcomes.
These are but a few things separating us from Pokémon.

How can’t you earn… There are many ways but let's go over a few.

Players can earn through multiple systems within the game world.
This includes Instant rewards such as daily and weekly tasks or player achievements.

The Discovery of items within the game world through using profession skills, this may come in the form of digging up some tokens when preparing to grow crops.

We are developing the game with a Sandbox-style system planned for the future. By implementing the right core features now such as professions, we believe the uptake and transition to an open Metaverse design will be more readily adopted.

Professions will be expansive, not just a click click click scenario. An example would be with farming, with users having options for various soils, fertilisers, waters to make them grow better. Even seasons and moon cycles will have an effect.
Another will be the DNA, this system will allow for truly unique and varied builds making each and every Kitsu its own being. The DNA will impress everyone with its level of features.

By starting with a small initial supply of Kitsu, early adopters will have the benefit of being the core breeders. These new Kitsu can be sold to other players or traders giving great benefit long term. KMC tokens will be utilised for microtransactions that can expedite the breeding and hatching process as well as be used as a trading currency on the marketplace. Kitsu’s will feature special passive skills that will give utility to those that may not be played in the battle context, making owing several beneficial to just one. There will also be a system called Fusion that will make a Kitsu un-tradeable (BURN) but offer the user a benefit to the outcome of the Fusion.
