What is Kitsumon?
Kitsumon is an NFT game centered around adorable Kitsu creatures that you can breed, battle, bond and explore with. Unlike current popular NFT games, Kitsumon does not stick to one type of game play that users have to follow - players can become successful and earn in the game through a vast variety of play styles. Whether you enjoy battling in MOBA PvP, earning your keep through professions like fishing, crafting and cooking, or you love breeding Kitsu together for all-new awesome creations. Kitsumon offers all of it and more. But it doesn’t end at just having good gameplay - the graphics and models are developed in Unity 3D down to beautifully precise detail by a world leading art studio we have partnered with!

Our Launchpad Partners will be holding their sales one after the other, starting with YAY Games and ending with NFTstars. Afterwards, our own KMC stakers get to buy their guaranteed Blind Boxes, and lastly the grand public auction will open up for everyone to bid directly on the Kitsu(s) they are interested in with $KMC.

Our loyal KMC stakers will be able to buy their allocated Blind Boxes during this sale. The allocations can be purchased on our website from 00:01 UTC on the 8th, to 23:59 UTC on the 9th, for $175 USDC per Box. You will not be able to purchase your allocated boxes after this time has elapsed, so make sure not to miss it!
08.02.2022–09.02.2022 — OPEN FCFS SALE
At the same time as our staker sale, we will also be holding an FCFS Round where people can buy as many Boxes as they want from our pre-allocated egg pool. This sale will be again from 00:01 UTC on the 8th to 23:59 UTC on the 9th, with the same price of $175 USDC per box. But beware — it’s first come first served, so if you are too slow you will miss your chance!
10.02.2022 — Public Auction Start
Ending off our INO Egg Sale will be the Public Auction that is open for everyone to participate in. During the auction, you will be able to bid on your favourite Kitsu(s).
The public auction will begin on 10/02/2022 and continue until 24/02/2022. There are a total of 3220 Kitsu eggs in the public sale. During this two week period, 230 auctions will be listed daily. Each auction will be an english auction style.
The Public Auction will accept bids in $KMC ONLY, so make sure you have enough!!!

How to Buy During the Private Sale
During our INO, you will be able to purchase Blind Boxes that contain one random Kitsumon Egg. Regardless of where you buy your Blind Boxes from, the price is always $175 per box.
Every Blind Box you purchase will also give you one Infinity Potion.
Infinity Potions are required to breed your Kitsus and will be purchaseable on our Marketplace from February 10th onward.
You can get any one of 20 GEN-0 Kitsumon Eggs from your Blind Box - all of the Eggs that are up for grabs are listed in the graphic below.
The exact egg rarities and distributions are in our EGGNOMICS SHEET.
All GEN-0 Kitsu can only ever be obtained during this sale, making them very valuable to own. GEN-0 Kitsu have pure genes making them more likely to pass on specific phenotypes to their offspring. Each GEN-0 Kitsu is blessed with the full range of possible abilities including the fabled “Transformation” ability that grants them the power to turn into an elemental god like creature.
How we will use the Funds
For full transparency we decided to share with all of you how the $KMC we raise in our public auction will be used, so that you can be confident it’ll be used for the good of the project. The $KMC will be allocated similarly to our IDO vesting schedule:
5% of the raised $KMC will be burned immediately upon sale completion. The allocation for “Marketplace Rewards” will be used to incentivise users to trade on our marketplace, whereas the “Eco-system Fund” is set aside for grants to community members who want to build on Kitsumon. Further info on the marketplace and eco-system funds will be provided at a later date.
